OUR STAFF

Dr. Marilyn Mitchell, has been practicing veterinary medicine since May 1998.  She graduated with a bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1995 and went on to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A & M.

Dr. Mitchell has worked in private practice and emergency veterinary care, she specializes in small animal care including birds, reptiles, ferrets, as well as dogs and cats.  She is a local Denton resident who wanted to bring excellent veterinary care to her hometown. Her love of animals is obvious in her work, her hobbies and her home which she shares with 3 dogs, 2 cats, a bird, a lizard, a salt water reef tank and occasional wildlife that needs to be nursed back to health.
